Ditch Medicine by Hugh Coffee is sold by Palidin Press. A friend of mine recently gave me a copy of this book. In my opinion it is a worthwhile addition to everyone's library. There is a short youtube video on it below.

You are welcome. The guy that gave it to me is a formed LA Para-Medic. His best joke is what is the difference between a Doctor & Para-Medic? A Doctor gets to "practice" medicine and a Para-Medic has to get it right the first time. To me the same applies to Navy Corpsman, Army Combat Medics, Air Force PJs and Wilderness First Responders.
