This method of use requires a longer time for it to take effect. It is safer for kids and people with allergies that may be effected by the commercial variety. Once a condition is noticed treatment must start immediately. So get a book, learn hot to grow, process and use these meds and start using them saving you a lot of money in the end. People used them for thousands of years and live to tell the tale why not us.

If you have them in your area willow trees are an excellent source of salicylic acid, which is the main ingredient of aspirin. I have seen people cut a small twig and suck on it to get what they need. The bark seems to be a good source as well. I am still searching for a natural source for asthma. Any ideas? Excellent list RICHFL. Thanks for posting.
