  • Wood Sorrel

This another wild edible that grows in my area. It should not be eaten in large amounts because it contains oxalic acid.

Stuff it in a cleande fish's body cavity and cook in the coals! Excellent eating, and no clean-up.

I currently have the more common 'Yellow Wood Sorrel', as well as the rarer 'Red Wood Sorrel' growing on my property.
