Has anyone wrapped a hot water heater with it? It is very cheap compared to the blankets they sell to cover a hot water heater.

I am going to make the pot cozies. I love the Maddy the Goose channel on youtube. This guy makes outdoors look easy as he solo paddles the algoquin wilderness in his canoe with his dog and portages 19 different lakes.
He uses the cozies made from this insulation. I would take whatever this guy does as gospel.

We used it to go under the mattresses in our pop up camper and it made a huge difference on how warm we stayed in the fall.

Good stuff, I used it on my chicken coop and dog house but never thought of making pot warmers and things.. Thinks for the info.
