I do and all I have to say is I sold it. It was way small!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check into this, I have one and will be posting some pictures in the next couple weeks. It's called the "littlbug" and I like it so far. It comes in two sizes...I have the larger one. Give me a few minutes and I will post something you might find interesting.

what I'm looking at is making something like the design...only a lot bigger....for canning....we have turky fryer burners...but when the propane is gone.....wood will probably still be around...

a friend uses a turkey fryer unit with an adapter to raise the canner about the flame. I have another friend who cans on a wood stove. Myself, I'm looking for an cheap old fashioned propane stove to put in my out door kitchen for canning. (not the I HAVE an outdoor kitchen YET)

That's what I want to try to do with it....can....the one I have cut out is about the size of a 5 gallon bucket....I want to put a feed shute on the side (with a cover)...rather than a door. I have a peice of heavy grating for the bottom.

I'm trying to figure out a way to control the heat better....I'm thinking a large damper at the top....under the canner.

We'll see....I plan on posting as I work on it.

I have seen 55 gallon drums cut in half the long way, hinged, with legs,a homemade grate, used over a fire for canning and a grill.

                      here's the deal

No matter what you store it will run out. 1 year 2 years 3 years. it will run out. the long term gist of it is reproduction. food reproduction, gardens, livestock, sundries. If you don't have a way to reproduce food it will run out. And fairly quickley.
