I've actually only tried one way, and that's the bow drill.
To be honest, I never even heard of the pump fire drill until I made this thread.
Are there anymore methods out there that I missed?

Here's a video on the pump drill.
Once you have the actual tools for it, it looks so much easier to do than the bow or hand drill. I gotta make me one of these.

Hand drill - finally last weekend
Bow drill - learned in Cody Lundin's Aboriginal Living Skills & Yavapai College
Flint & steel - not since Boy Scouts
Magnifying glass
Fire Steel
Bamboo fire saw - not since JEST in 1989, altough I want to try this with a agave/century plant.
Tried 2 of these before. Best survival tip is carry a dozen cigarette lighters (good ones) in a plastic bag on you. Use these methods if your desperate. But practice.

I was delighted to watch Dual Survivor in which the bamboo saw was utilized, never seen it done before ! I have to admit that I only have used flint & steele with char cloth ( and wood match, lighter ). If you plan on storing/using Bic ( or generic) lighters place a rubber "o" ring on them to help prevent accidental gass escape by placing it under the button and around the lighter.
I have used the flint and steel, bow drill, hand drill, bamboo fire saw and fire plow.
My favourite of these is flint and steel and bow drill methods.
My least favourite is the fire plow.
I have tried all except the pump, I now have something to do this weekend and have to agree the hardest was the Plow. Obviously my favorite is a Ferrocerium rod, I have a double/side-by-side 5/16 that throws enough spark I don't need anything else.
