The camp water heater looks like a good idea and the physics look like they could work but,,,if you made a small one out of some 1/2" pipe, some connecting tubes and some flexible hose to drop into a bucket will it still work? I don't have a workshop so I can't try it but if anyone does can you let me know the outcome. btw, as an after thought would it work better if it was sat upright in a fire instead of using coals, like a heat exchange if you will?
