It's cool, though sound could be a bit better, might want to add a mic. I'd love to see a little closer in detail of how you gather the one weight and cord up in your throwing hand. Also, maybe make a few "long distance" throws your way and SAS way to see if theirs ever does open up. I'm gonna ceck out some more of your vids like the slingshot fishing.

I do have a couple questions. could you get away with paracord? what size/ amount of weight are you using? from what you mentioned is each rope about 3-3.5' long?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you!

With the heavy weights it will snap the weights off of the Paracord if you used lighter weight but more lines like 6 or 8 it should work I will get around to makeing another video showing how to hold and throw again also at a longer distance
            .

What the Mike.lesten had to say it's fake a woman that can't get her ass off the couch yeah it's fake Mikey

Different than what I was shown many years ago (hold one weight and spin the other two) but I think I like that better. I didn't think it worked very well that way so I always preferred a throwing stick. Have to try it this spring.

                Thanks for the share.
