Whats worse for me is telling my 20 year old son that I'm going camping with a bunch of guys that I met on the internet. He thinks I have a screw loose anyway....

where abouts, and do we want to try and make to work in some sort of seminars, maybe on communications, first aid, field procuring supplies, etc? i know that theres a plan for a meet-up beforehand, do we want to use that for planning for this event? would anyone be willing to do that? or do we want to save that for round number next, and just use this as a weekend long meet&greet type of exercise?

I've seen my schedule for the first two weeks of February and the store has shaved off 4 hours from each week. This doesn't seem like much and I'm still considered full-time. But if extended over a month, this adds up to less pay and thus, less opportunity for me to travel and get together.

Thus, I may have to pass up this first NC Meet and Greet until things get better. I hope this is just a temporary thing and that I'll get back up to 40 hours a week or more.

I'll have to see what the future holds for getting together with more members. I'm still game for meeting individual members whenever our schedules mesh.

i'm game,and if given enough time i can express my desire to be off work for the weekend.with frieght getting so slow it is hard to get home for the weekends.i have been able to get close(100 miles),but the company won't let me waste the fuel to go home for no reason.
