I may go Sat. I can be there in about 30mins. Don't know if I'll buy anything, maybe check prices and take one to sell.....

Pretty pitiful gun show. Prices are jacked up too high (they were asking $279 for those hipoint pistols) and they had around 500 people packed into a 4000 sqft building. Not to mention the overbearing local LEOs watching everyone like they were criminals. On 3 different occasions i looked around and had some idiot pointing a gun at me.

Brosia...are private gun sales/trades legal in your area?

probably not. The gov't wants to be a part of everything you do, and tax you on it to boot. I'd have to do research.

found a quickie on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_law...tes_(by_state)

Don't believe everything you read on WIKI...remember: It's user editable.....

Call your local P.D. or an attorney, or even a gun dealer and ask someone directly if private transfer is legal, and the acceptable parameters for such a transfer and get back to me...I might be able to provide you with a little bit of intel, if I knew it was legal in your AO.

Yes Private Transfer is Legal in Kentucky. They are one of the best states for rights to bear arms...

wait on the private sale you need to be cautious on that . You are from out of state right . there is a problem with selling to someone from out of state . you must make sure it is a private sale otherwise you must be a dealer with lic. on that note what are you looking for?
