Prices on AK's and AR's were UP there, with most AR's running $1200 or more. AK's were hovering around $600...

Not really any good deals, but picked up some +P in .45 ACP. Had some remanufactured .308 tracers but THAT was all the .308 they had in stock. Not much .45 in stock other than specialty ammo. .223 Fiocchi (good ammo BTW) was going for $399 per 1000. 7.62x39 was plentiful and was about the best deal in bulk, saw 1120 rds sealed in a large tin and crated for $299 on strippers. Not excellent but stores well...

On my item list of things I wanted, I saw a Berretta CX4 Storm carbine in .45 ACP for $760... I WANTED THIS REAL BAD, but stuck with ammo instead.

I did pick up an Eagle double magazine holster in Kydex to help carry my extra mags as I was stuck with pocket carry. Nice way to carry your extra mags.

I saw a nice MOLLE medical pouch by Eagle that matched my Blackwater bag for $44... would have got them, but they didn't have but one in Khaki so I passed...

Nothing much else to report in the spending department :(

Did have a great time with The Unbound One as well as another member from the survivalist podcast forum. Really great to talk S&P with like minded folks :)

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.

The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.

Well darn. Wish I could have hopped a plane to attend, but being from out of state, I could not have purchased firearms, and they tend to frown on bringing back massive ammounts of ammo or componants on a plane. Gun shows are great bonding places.

Lol Rusty, you actually came up in the conversation today @ an eating joint. One of the fellars had a bumper sticker that TUO said you had on your truck. We joked that you came up to the gunshow... wish ya did!

          Rusty,

The quote Zombie is referring to is actually the Orwell quote you had as your signature at one time. Our Ham Radio pal had it on a bumper sticker, so I thought you had come to join us.

          :D

Then, I realized that Dale Dribble would have a big roach on the top of his vehicle, so, when I saw no roach, I ruled that possibility out.

          :D ;)
