We spent 7.5 years at Fort Bragg (well, I did, Skyowl was in the desert for a year of our stay). North Carolina is beautiful except when the pine trees drop all that yellow pollen...
Someday ask Skyowl about burning down
the bushes in our front yard while de-thatching the lawn.

Kerr Lake is one of the largest in the South. I can't get from one end to the other on one tank of gas in my boat. The hunting and fishing is awesome. According to the NCDOW, some of the largest deer in the state live in the next county over. (Granville) And it's really rural out here.
