    Most likely the property will be 40-100 acres

    There will be one general communal area just like a hunt camp / hunt lease is setup

    And f course it will have a water source if not multiple water sources

    One more question to ask is just how big of an area are we talking about? I would imagine not a 10'x10' spot. This would have a lot to do with my decision. During times like now, I would love to go to this location and just hang out and camp every once in a while. What about a general area, such as hiking? Would there be enough to hike on? I have a few more questions and I would probably be down with this. I like the idea.

    Having voted 11 to 15, need some clarification. Can you elaborate on "members"? Is this every single individual? Does a married couple count as 1 or 2 members? How about family groups, count as 1 member or more?? Thanks.

    Just want to run a couple quick polls to gauge if it makes sense for me to put together a joint use piece of land for camping, recreation, and mostly as a BOL in event of emergency.

    It would be run like a hunting lease with monthly or quarterly payments

    Rules would need to be abided by, or your lease would be terminated

    Few things I need to poll so please participate in the other polls as well if you would TRULY be interested in a land lease in western NC
