I voted in the post before I realized that it was for land in North Carolina. I'm in Oklahoma, sitting on 20 acres of 1/2 pasture and 1/2 woodland. It joins my co-operating neighbor's 20 divided about 2/3 pasture % 1/3 woodland. I could really spend 4 or 5 hundred a month for a year on improvements to my location and have been trying to spend it. The problem is I am a widow, 70 years old and can't find anyone to do the work I'm unable to do. Like replace the upper half of my walkout basement with cement block.
