Anyone out there a fellow Michigander? I'm happily in a small town about 35 northwest of Ann Arbor.

Not me. Spousal unit, Skyowl's Wife, and I are in SE Arizona, approx 75 miles SE of Tucson.

P.S. Hope you find someone from Michigan.

Mornin' Lady_banjo! Looks like the North Central Region is pretty lonely on here. We may have to band together. My nephew is from Michigan, not sure were. Got some property up there. He'll be on here soon and maybe you'll be familiar with where the property is. It's a huge wooded area. We(my family) may all end up in that spot anyway. We'll have to keep in touch just in case we do. More on that later I'm sure.

Thanks Skyowl. Love that Arizona region. Have friends near Flagstaff now.

Great! Yes, I worked in the yard all day and it looks great. Still too wet to do the garden but hopefully by next weekend it'll be dryer and I can get these poor spindly plants in. I've been hardening them off now for a week so they're ready!

Mountain Man, That's definitely a beautiful area! We're way south of that, about 30 miles northwest of Ann Arbor.

Well welcome Curdog and sorry for the delay in commenting. Good to know that there's a like-minded Michigander somewhat close by. This is a superb site!

Curdog, what are the get togethers you mentioned? I am just south of Fowlerville in Livingston County.

Iron Mike, I hope for you too that things stay 'calm' so you can return to Michigan. It's still a beautiful place in spite of our economic hardships.
