I'm in, and how many people TOTAL you would be bringing with you.
Cost is looking like it could be anywhere from $75 - $150 per person for the entire event just depending on our expenses , how much food we need, portapotties, emt, tent rentals, power, insurance etc etc
Right now I'm guessing $125
There will also be substantial discounts for early registration
** Current thoughts on RULES are the following
No Firearms, if you bring yours it needs to be locked in your vehicle at all times. There will be many other opportunities to talk and teach fiearms, a large gathering for the first time is not the place. This is for YOUR safety
NO DRUGS PERIOD, other than prescriptions of course
Alcohol - Would be allowed but you agree to use in moderation and responsbily, you would also agree to stop drinking to leave the property without a refund if your drinking becomes a problem.
KIDS- Right now looking at other similar events we are leaning towards nobody under 21. This makes it a safer enviroment, less chance of small kids being hurt, lost, breaking or touching people's gear, and removes having to monitor drinking ages etc
If this would keep a large number of people from being able to come we will be willing to talk about it, please weigh in on this topic int he other general thread, not this one thanks.

NO idea how many we are really looking at 50 would be great, 100 would be a hell of a start to this event and anything more means serious business, what do you guys think we would see?

Or Oct 1 Sat, 2nd Sunday, 3rd Monday
