Do you know what it is?

    Are you ready?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Other...3A1|240%3A1318

This is kinda wrong to be able to buy.. because i would never ever want to see anyone impersonate or lead people to believe they were fire/rescue...

    BUT

Let's look at the vehicle and concept
    Go through traffic - check
Go through road blocks - check
Carry a team of 6-8 with gear? - check
Setup for med attention in your team? - check
    Reliable Diesel? -Check

My only fear would be that people try to flag you down or force you to provide medical attention in a time of crisis
WHAT IF THE AMERICA YOU KNEW, WAS ABOUT TO CHANGE?

The best thing you can do to support the site is pass it on to your friends and fav sites like other forums, facebook, twitter etc. Let people know about us! :)

It has many good points but it is intended for paved roads. No doubt it will sell for Big Bucks. I can think of less expensive vechicles with better off road capabilities that still have that certain cache' that would get you through road blocks, like a telephone company truck? Heck, Rusty has the perfect vechicle in his driveway!
The road to serfdom is paved with free electric golf carts.

Yeah, I probably do. She has 228,000 miles on her, but I would hop in and drive her anywhere.

I think the only vehicle that is guarrenteed to get you thru road blocks and such is a mail truck. But for off road you're sunk.

A used ambulance? Let me let you in on a little secret...You have to do a complete and thorough soaking wet biological-level cleaning at least every week. Why? If that rig has done any of the typical runs, there is going to be all kinds of different types of biological "stuff" that has seeped into the cracks and joints and seams along the bottom. If you leave any ambulance out in the sun without cleaning, they start to get a little "ripe" due to decomp. Take my word for it, any ambulance you might encounter is nasty somewhere deep down.
If it looks ignernt, but it works, then it ain't ignernt.
