  • Cargo Bikes

Found this and thought it was worth considering. The idea is to take a standard bike or a custom bike and extend the wheel base to accomodate cargo platforms.

I imagine it is not really a dirt bike style bike but slow and steady biking.

But how is it better than a bike with one of those kid trailers or a 3 wheel rickshaw bike?

IMO, a trailer can become unstable and tip, also, with 3 wheeled bikes and trailers alike, the width of them may become a hinderance to path of travel.
