Can you imagine trying to kick start that beast in 25 degree weather? I wonder if it even has a kick starter. My Suzuki DR650 will get 51mpg @ 65mph.

thats why they make engine heaters like in my dodge, start it up in the Mass. winter, turn on the heat and cruise along.
But hey I never ride bikes in that kind of cold anyway.

Kawasaki has been making Diesel bikes for the military for several years,
a version of the 650KLR.
The don't sell it to the public.. not real big on Horsepower but they say
it will get 110mpg vs. 60mpg for the gas powered model.

It will run on diesel, biodiesel, kerosene and camel piss ;)

At todays currency conversion rate, this would sell for $22,569.99 American. You can buy a pretty decent diesel pickup for that price.
