What someone said about the heat/cold is absolutely right. Even with a/c I'd keep it in the shade if I were you, like under trees if possible because even with the AC you can feel like you're in an oven. As for the cold, same thing. I had a gas furnace & electric heaters where I needed them. Even then, I would find frozen cans of food & bottles of shampoo, cracked glasses, and I even had a sewing machine that got ruined stored in it. I had mine for 3 years and gave it up for a pop-up - I like the conveniences & mobility.
