Sometimes the simplest answers are the right answers. I am an Engineer by proffesion as opposed to an Engineer by education. I have seen the "Best and Brightest" College educated Engineers struggle with some of the simplest problems when all it takes is a little confidence and common sense. Ever heard the phrase Over Engineered!

I had a logic class once - the teacher floated a scenario where the windows were all stuck, the doors locked with no key available and you HAVE to get out of the house. What do you do?

Other people were saying they'd call someone, holler for help, put a chair through a window (glass is bulletproof, this won't work). When they'd run out of ideas, I raised my hand. When the teacher called on me, I said, "I'd knock a hole in the bloody wall". Some of the students jeered at me but not the teacher.

He was pleased.
