I called the guy that has the used one (model 9)...he didn't know how many amps the wiring harness is rated for, but according to the Eureka website, the harness is easily removed. So it could easily be upgraded/replaced. The "conduit" is what makes it appealing.

I also have 4 man Swiss tent that's great! Waterproof and roomy!
