BOL occupied

can't happen. My BOL is just some spiderholes spread over a wide area. I can either eliminate the problem with silenced .22's during darkness, or dig some more holes 10 miles away and still be able to access my food caches now and then.

I have 5 or 6 places that I can relocate to. all scouted in advance by me.

If they are friendlies & have something to offer & can earn there keep, then they stay. If they don't have anything to offer & can't or won't pull their weight, then unarm & blindfold them & load them up & take them a fews mile down the road in a completely different direction then they way they came in & drop them off with their stuff & wish them luck. If they are unfriendlies & pose a threat to the well being of any of the group, well let's just say there will be plenty of food for the wild animals.

I see we're still not in shortage of the kill everyone and dig a whole folks around here.
Your 'lair' (that sounds so silly) should be where you are. But if you have a BOL and someone is squatting you didn't secure it properly. In any case it's your property so you would have to tell them to leave.

First find out how they found it then asses and figure out a plan it is mine I own it but I am not one who throws a family into the middle of the woods if they are willing to do what is necessary then them coming aboard is not out of the question

Stop glass, asess the situation from a safe distance. Do these before running straight in head first eyes down. Send scour in playing dumb covered by long range rifle. If signaled open up hells doors, if all clear(friendlies) join the fun.

Well, if they have already raided the supplies and know what's there, extricating them is going to be difficult. I agree that if it's goblins, then they have to go with minimum opportunity for reprisal. (If ya know what I mean..) If they are friendlies, then work it out and help them to be productive. People are going to be desparate. They have to be willing to be led competantly, or led off the reservation.

If some how all other fail safe measures have failed..... Feed em to the gators. But the B.O.L. is occupied 24/7/365 so if they aint friendlies we got a real problem and I will just blow it in place before retreating to the secondary B.O.L.. Google maps cant even find our secondary location. (The last time I took my GPS there it was asking me for directions.) The only reason our secondary location isn't our primary is limited access to clean water.

Going to look into different areas that will be dependent on the SHTF situation (walking "x" miles to location, being able to drive there, heading off in specific directions to move away from "x" threat). I guess I will have to have "plan B" ready for each location as well, if it is already occupied.
Always so much to consider! (but better to plan for the situations now sitting here drinking my beer than having to pull it out of my [you know what] when it is happening!!!)
Maybe having a deer lease or similar situation can help you. Its a lot cheaper than buying your own land. Of course having title to your own piece of dirt is preferable in my opinion.

Dark way to think but desperate times may just call for unthinkable actions.
