I wanted you to know I talked on the phone with the guy who made your knives today and he really seems to have his sh** together. Customer service means alot to me and he gets an A+ on that so far.

He is very easy to talk to and work with. I will be having him make two knives. One will be similar to your his and her models and one will be a heavy chopper. Not sure which one I'm doing first, but it's nice to have someone who actually takes the time to work with you.

Price and time is still pending because we haven't worked out all the details yet. He will be sending me some pictures of what he thinks I want, then I will be going from there modifying it to what exactly I want. There will be alot of back and forth until we get it right.
