    I actually find it much easier to work than many others. I've really liked that handles I've made from this wood,they've all had some great contrast in the grain of the wood.

    A good friend of mine is into woodworking. Isn't Zebrawood really difficult to work with because it is so hard and grainy? You did a beautiful job.

    The knife was "forged " from 1095 high carbon steel barstock, then ground and then heat treated in a digitally controlled heat treat oven. The handle material is Zebrawood and the blade has a hand sanded finish with some of my own handmade mosaic pins for the handle.Yes I also make sheaths.
