Every now and then I get around to making a knife or two...Here's one of my knives that made it into "Blade Magazine" last year..

The knife was "forged " from 1095 high carbon steel barstock, then ground and then heat treated in a digitally controlled heat treat oven. The handle material is Zebrawood and the blade has a hand sanded finish with some of my own handmade mosaic pins for the handle.Yes I also make sheaths.Originally posted by Morgan101 View PostComment

A good friend of mine is into woodworking. Isn't Zebrawood really difficult to work with because it is so hard and grainy? You did a beautiful job.The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.
