Seriously, though, that is impressive property for a possible Survivalist community/compound. Whoever can buy it gets my salute and undying respect.
For myself, at least for starters, I would be happy just having no more than a few acres very intensively and well-used., with an eye to getting the most yield and use out of the littlest space. As BOLs for my BOL, I would have similar sized homesteads in all four directions.
