Can anyone direct me to what kind of preparation a college student should take? I am leaving for college tomorrow and I need some tips.

Basic frist aid kit. Spare outfit with boots. At least 32 oz bottle of clean fresh water and if u can a MRE . I can make one last three days if needed I'm. 6' 4'' at 280 lbs so it should be enough for the average person for 2 days pocket knife or multi tool if rule allow it. Shelter as said above. This should be enough to get away

i would throw some type of fire starter in there and probably a decent pocket knife quality counts here also some glow sticks a couple of survival bags flashlight and about 50 foot of rope that will keep you alive also some snare wire and hell maybe 6 mres they are cheapthe pack that plays together stays together

When I was in the Dorms, I had a backpack with a couple hundred feet of 550 cord, a couple cans of high calorie food (ravioli and such), some hard candy, A couple 1 liter bottles of water, a Walmart water purification tablet bottle, a small first aid kit, a couple lighters, a survival blanket and a pancho. Anything else you can adjust to what you need
