You guys have been the best but this forum is no longer the place for me. The attacks are to the point I am not sure if I will be attacked for posting or bringing up older post. I don't need it. Murphy will do it again if I stay on here and I don't want to say something I will regret later.
I Request you not leave the forum because of Murphy. He is a known troll, and as soon as a Moderator shows up he will at the very least get advised to change his behavior. Or at the decision of the Moderator he may get a vacation from the forum.

Applejack, I know you tried to use the "Ignore" feature here, and you said it didn't work...

Try one more time, but pay special attention to the last several lines of this method that I posted for Sourdough in his "Troll" thread:

Click onto your name at the top far right side of the forum's page.

Toggle the drop-down menu to find the "User Settings."

Click on "User Settings." When you get there, you will see four options to choose from:

Click on "Account." Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page. You will see:

To block certain users' posts, enter their names into the ignore list. To remove users from the ignore list, click the 'x' button.
TIP: To ensure that your intended poster's name will work, the name must be EXACTLY the same as the poster's name...spaces, capital letters, everything! Copy and paste it to make sure.

BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES by clicking onto the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page, on the far right side.

Then "refresh" your browser by clicking onto the little semi-circle at the top of your browser page (or else leave the site and come back).

AHHH! It will be like the trash took itself out of the house, and the air will smell great again!

If enough people did this trick, trolls will eventually get bored and leave.

I hope Applejack doesn't leave the forum either... But if a moderator does review the posts, I think it will not be me who gets a vacation.. I think the moderator will find it impossible to find where I have attacked, been aggressive, or have insulted anyhow.. That said, if a moderator asks, I'll be happy to point out the insulting postings and aggressive behavior by other members towards me just because I dispelled some conspiracy propaganda.

It is comical however how I am the subject of discussion.. Perhaps it would be better to just stick to the rules.

RICHFL: Sounds like you want to be an Arab Oil Sheik!!! LOL. Count me in. I'm right with you. We all dream about hitting the big one, and it is really fun to dream. Even counting the way I would split it, it is a staggering number of zeroes. I can't even think in numbers that big.

To get back to the original post it is hard to say what luxuries we would miss the most. I'm sure there would be quite a few. Like the old Joanie Mitchell song: " You don't know what you've got 'til it's gone." Off the top of my head I would think personal hygiene would be the most difficult. Taking a hot shower every day is like breathing air. Hard to imagine going back 100 years in that regard.
The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.

Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is you are stupid, and make bad decisions.
