I wear one most of the time. Have them hanging all over my gear as well. It's a good way to keep my cord compact and organized. I taught my daughter how to make them a few weeks ago, so now when I need one, I just toss her some cord while she's watching TV.... Come back in 15 minutes and it's done.
The 12ga.... It's not just for rabbits anymore.

I make these regularly and and they sell real well. as a tip i recommend some forceps. if you use then to pull the ends through the centre you don't have burned ends or heat compromised cord. also NEVER EVER use a knot and loop to finish,,, use a plastic buckle. "Why?" I (didn't) hear you ask? because if you catch it on anything then your hand will be RIPPED from your body before the cord snaps. Try picking up a 550lb weight without dropping it and you'll see what i mean. the reason it's called 550 paracord is because thats what it holds, where as 330 holds,,,,,yes' you guessed it, 330lb etc, etc, etc.

I have para cord pulls on all of my gear and I have made tons of the bracelets as gifts. The two bracelets I wear most are both double cobra stich but the big differance between the two is one uses a plastic buckle and the other uses a stainless steel shackle from harken. I have also made a para cord rifle sling for one of my shot guns and a para cord watch band.

Id like to make a watch band. I need to watch some how to videos and then try my hand at it again.

This thread http://www.survivalmagazine.org/surv...ay-Carry-Items had some pretty good info on paracord bracelets.

Diesel properly chastised me when I called it macrame  it's "tactical weaving".

Since I wear dress clothes and heels to work, it might look a bit out-of-place if I started wearing paracord bracelets or necklaces. However. I can't ever find my keys in my purse ;) I CAN have a long paracord key chain.
