    Wanted to know and see what everyone here is using for thei bug out bag, let's see your packs, and feedback on them! Anyone using anything nice like kifaru or maxpedition?
    WHAT IF THE AMERICA YOU KNEW, WAS ABOUT TO CHANGE?

    The best thing you can do to support the site is pass it on to your friends and fav sites like other forums, facebook, twitter etc. Let people know about us! :)

    You've seen my 'Oh, Poop' Bag, this is one I carry when on horse back. It's just an old pistol fanny pack but it carries the Swiss Army survival kit and some other stuff with-out getting too bulky.

      Will probably get one written up on my new BOB when I get it loaded up and tweaked to my liking. It will be a heavy SOB, but I can carry it. My bag is also setup to 'camp out' in case I get snowed in somewhere (BTDT) so a lot of items are setup for that and lots of redundancy... but redundancy is heavy!!! :D

        Ziploc freezer bag full of hunks of parafin wax. (to aid in fire starting and rain retardant)

        various lengths of nylon polyester rope
        Additional clothing.

        Yes, it all fits...but it's kinda heavy.
