I have had that for my iPhone for a few months now. My iPhone would not make it from 6:30a to 9:00p on a charge, so I needed an external battery so I would not have to charge mid-day. I am on my third unit. The first two worked for a few weeks and then stopped holding a good charge. The first few days, I could go two days without a charge. Then it got to the point where it would not go overnight. YMMV.

Ok kids thought i'd share a new piece of gear I acquired!

We all know how important your cell phone has become, and cell phones have saved alot of lives and even helped people find their way out of the wilderness. BUT with a dead battery you have a rock or a paper weight.

There are quite a few methods of keep ing you battery charged, such as the little plug in chargers, or a spare battery etc.

The new piece of gear I got is called the case-mate FUEL

The reason why I like it alot is it completely replaces something I carry with me every day anyways!

The Fuel is actually a cell phone holster.

I use a cell phone holster for my blackberry, so this is perfect.

The only difference is maybe an extra half inch on it.



Truly a very cool device so far.

You can charge it independantly or with the cell phone in the holster.

It has 3 LED lights that indicate the level of charge it has in it.

It has an ON/OFF button - to allow you to charge your phone from it when ever you like.

Simply push it on and it charges ur phone as you walk or sit with it in the holster on your waist, which is where it is most of the time. Truly awesome. So far it seems resonably rugged, well designed and well thought out. A perfect fit for my phone as well.
