Great bag :) That is currently my MK II version of my BOB/GHB :)
Diesel found this link @ http://www.cdnninvestments.com/lorapapanewb.html Same bag but $99... It is a LARGE pack!
I recommend something in the 2000-2500 Cubic inch range for a good 'starter bag' *IF* you can tote it...73
later,
ZA
Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.
The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.

I got a friend who actually has one of those rolling luggage bags with the retractable handle as a BOB. He is 'citified' and it works for him as the way home is paved!73

I have a camelback H.A.W.G. and it has like 1120 cubic inches of storage and 3 liters of water.
I have stuffed it full of stuff for the beach and headed there on my bike before.
I am sure I could get MRE's, clothing, first aid kit, and probly about 3 days worth of survival gear into it if I packed careful.
With 3 liters of water, it goes a long ways toward versatility.
If it sound like I love it, I do.
One of the best buys I have made since my bike.
I have had a 3100 c inch pack, it was huge!!
My wife and I were in the UP of michigan for 10 days way back in there, on some hillside on her grandpa's land camping it out, was the most fun we have ever had, but it killed me getting there with that huge pack, and I was in real good shape them.
I would seriously have to work out now to be able to do that again, just because of the stress a big pack can put on you.Last edited by Cowboyup65; 02-24-2009, 09:17 PM.
