We use tons of red wine vinegar and soy sauce in our marinades, but the combinations you listed, sounds yummy! Sometimes I get discouraged when I look at different recipes and dont have something on hand, or cant find a "funky" ingredient at the store. We tend to always use a lot of spices, and marinades! The sesame seeds, or pinenuts wouldnt have come to mind to me. I look forward to trying this! Ill keep you posted- Do you ever grill pineapple with the other veggies?
Oh, I have never used a lot of white pepper, Ill try that too! Thanks! :)

grill them and get a nice char going....pull off....cube into desired sizes....add alfredo sauce....spoon over pasta.

Add grilled chicken if you like (I marinade chicken to be grilled in...soy sauce, pineapple juice, splash of redwine vinegar, minced garlic, lots of white pepper)....go for at least a couple hours....six if you got the time....:)

Can be served on a bed of spinach....fresh or wilted.....garnish with sesame seeds or pinenuts.

Canning would be in a boiling water bath (very acid, so no pressure needed), and you can add/modify whatever you want in the one(s) you pick out!

  • Looking for a good garden veggie pasta sauce recipe!!

I love cooking pasta! Since we are gardening now, and new at this, I was wondering if anyone had a great sauce recipe, using ingredients from their own gardens! The chunkier the better for us, and TONS of garlic! We always have meat sauce or meatballs, but I can always add that element! Oh, and those that can their sauce, any info on that as well?
    Thanks!! :)
Working...
