Yup...just bait, toss into water, hang from a tree branch and forget it....use good #4 trebel hooks for a good set.....I use garlic punch bait or li'l smokey cocktail sausages...always catches the cats... -

Yo-Yo Fishing Reel
Was killing time at work, as usual. Found this on a site related to survival and googled it. Just so happens to be sold also at Cabelas so I am making the leap to assume it must work. Never used or heard of this before but it seems small and simple. PLUS IT'S DIRT CHEAP! Could buy a dozen of these and set them up at a lake or stream and catch dinner for a group of survivors. I'm way down for this one. Anyone have an RL experience with this mechanism?
