Either Saturday or Sunday (I know I know, more specifics needed), at Shelburne Farmers' Market, several hours' long seminar on wild edibles, including ID, preparation, and storage. This is done by a friend of mine and he is available for consultation or teaching classes if you want to book him. PM me if you want to get in touch with him.
Saturday, I believe 1000-1100, at Gardeners Supply in Williston, canning lecture and demonstration. Again, I know the person giving the presentation, however it is usually not done very often.
