  • Canning Question

    I am preparing to can meat for the first time and would like to know if it is okay to stack pints of meat in the canner? Thanks.

    What does the Ball Blue Book say about this? I'm honestly not sure. I don't think I would do it, just cause it's meat and I'd want the circulation. But, if the book says it's ok, then go for it.:confused:

        Thanks to you both. I received the replies after my canning, but I did stack them and they all sealed. Sure does take a long time to process meat.
