We love the powdered sausage gravy.Sometimes we add a little sausage. Not the healthiest meal, but tasty and lots of calories. I also stock lots of store brand mac and cheese. It is cheap and I am putting up some for neighbors and to trade. That dried cheese should last forever.

Oh, the Tennessee Pride brand..that is a frozen food isn't it? The gravy I saw was in a can. I think I may buy one just to try it out with biscuits.

Don't know, it did'nt say. I thought is was bagged up like a Tuna or something in the can meat isle. I'll check it out though.

Dont know Oz, I saw some in the weekly flyer at Food Lion this week. It will be hard to beat the Pioneer Powder Packs. Looks like the contents have about 8 oz. and it from your state. I'll be a lab rat and pick up a bag. It's on sale too. $1.00

Hey ya'll, I saw canned white gravy with sausage at the Dollar General the other day and was wondering if anyone has ever tried it? I believe it was $1 per can.

Also, I have never tried deviled ham and am wondering if it is any good? :D Is it similar to potted meat? I have $1.00 off coupons good for deviled ham, turkey or chicken and thought I could use them to stock up.

I am still not seeing any of the freeze dried foods at our local Walmart. :( However, I did see some of the pre-cooked bacon, but the expiration date is too soon for stocking purposes in my opinion.
