Polymer Water Tap/Faucet Recommendation?

As we are planning to add rain barrels to stop the downspout erosion, we found these:

cutting to the chase I've used a Sayer Water Filter attached to a 4-gallon bucket for several years and used gallon jugs to hold the filtered water. Handy but I'd like something else a little less time intensive as far as minding the jugs as they fill. I've got several extra food grade buckets so I simply want to rig one up as a 4gallon water jug with a good no leak tap.

Any recommendations?
