Just wondering what you use as your "baseline" for food stocks? Do plan for three meals a day, business as usual; two meals a day; one meal, or do you calorie count, say 2500 calories a day and plan that way. Or do you just stock and store food haphazardly? Just asking.
We have planned for two meals a day, with a caloric intake of 2500-3000. This may seem a little high, but anticipating greater physical exertion. Additionally, we have stored and planned for "comfort" foods that are above and beyond the daily meal plan.
