HEB has one special, and I found one thing that was being clearanced out. I got 2 cans of Van Camps pork and beans for $1.00. I also perused the jew food aisle and found a box of salted Matzo's for $1.29. Matzo's (for you gentiles out there) is unleavened bread. They are like big sheets of saltine crackers, only thinner and more crispy.

So, tonight I will make a Kosher meal of Pork and Beans and Matzos with cheese.




I have been making it a habit of wearing my hat out and about, and if anyone inquires, I give them one of the business cards. I gave one away today. I hate hats though. It covers up my beautiful head.
