Were is all the ammo? Walmart has none.no,30-30 =$60.00 box,44mag$75.00 box,9 mm $25.00 box and .38 special@$50.00. I feel sorry for the new shooters just now buying a gun. Now all at once .22 lr is not to be found anywhere. When ammo gets to a $100.00 box I think I will sell,no way.

There has been a steadily increasing demand on ammo, ever since the world went nuts.
      (18 Dec 2019)
Production has not been able to keep up, as of late.

It should be fully reversed next week, with abundant ammo and abundant firearms, all stores will be fully stocked, and everything at half of MSRP or lower. We are saved, no worries.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMut2RWVxY8 Learn how to DIY it, and then get some stock of primers you'd use. Primers are the canaries in the coalmine after all. Bullets brass and powder are easier to obtain, but primers are the issue. Various powders can be used same with bullets, including casting them. Brass can be picked up, or bought new and used.

.30-30-$70.00 box. I’m afraid it’s going to be a long spell before ammo is back. Biden is probably going to put a big tax on ammo to keep people from buying. The days of cheep ammo are over, what you have now is what you’ve got.

I kind of assume this is sarcasm.

That would be correct.......and 100% accurate assumption.

There is a possible window of opportunity a few months from now.
If the Left gets too over confident, they may get complacent, as
the Right did, after Trump was elected.

                      Thanks for keeping watch.
                      Its that "Eternal Vigilance" thing.

Thankfully, after three weeks, nothing further has happened with this bill

Walmart is down to about ten box’s 12 ga bird shot nothing else, nothing. A few cheap rifles and shotguns that will not sell because Of no ammo. It’s the shooters fault for not buying ammo when cheap and plentiful.

No other handgun rounds except 380 and 454 casull. No 5.45 or 5.56. Limited hunting ammo except 338, 45/70 and 375, Magazines were limited in most calibers.

I suspect it will be longer than I had originally thought.. The 2013 ammo shortage was severe for about 5 months, and it took another 5 to get back to simi-normal.

well, Remington's new plant in AR is now on-line, so that should about double availability. Which probably will cut prices nearly in half. I dont expect prices to ever fall down to 6c a rd .22's or 4c per primer, ever again. But if it gets close, I'm still going to buy 20,000 of each, cause I can't lose on the deal.
