  • Sig 556

I don't consider the Sig 556 a AR but fits under the topic

Case is from The NRA Store. Its very strong, has 5 locks, 2 with key locks. The form is do-it-yourself cut out to any rifle.

Scope - (Quick Disconnect) Leupold XV3 6.5-20x50 DiaTube 30mm. Book states: Viewing @ 100 yards is seeing 14.3 feet.

    Rifle - SIG 665 SWAT.

It should be good for home defense.

Sig's are nice rifles....the grip bipod are almost useless...they gave us these in AStan and they broke on a regular basis.....get a Harris ( $75 ) or ( $200.GG&G )

my brother had a sig 556 swat (bought brand new) and it would not shoot any of the cheaper russian or czech ammo (steel cased). even running it on gas setting 2 (the 'dirty' setting) didn't work. this is common with the sig 556's. my brother ended up selling the rifle out of frustration. never found out if sig fixed the problem.

I love the Sig rifle, lots of nice features. Trigger could be better.
