Just got back from one of our local gun dealers, asked him if he had any .223 Seems a man came in and bought him out at full price, taxes included. Says he's going to the Lexington gun show and "make some money"...Buyers beware!

I hope the rest of the dealers aren't thinking like him since i'm hoping to buy a few guns and some ammo this weekend there. I need a couple of 9mm pistols,a 10/22 and hopefully a tactical shotgun. I'm hoping there will be at least a few accessory dealers there too so i can pick up a lighter stock for my SKS and some holsters.Diplomacy is the art of saying "nice doggie" while picking up a big stick.

The deals are still there.
Gun shows...the individual seller.
Pawn shops...got a stainless 10/22 for $139 OTD last month.
Classifieds...Local Iwanna had a $50 10/22 today!...gone before I could call about it, but the guy also had/has a 110 Savage...20 rounds fired...non-accu-trigger in 30.06 for $200. In the last 3 months I've bought a like new Ruger MKIII hunter for $200, a like new Walther P22 for $200...a perfect Marlin 25MN (.22 mag) scoped for $150, and a Puma M92 in .44mag for $300.

You can view the ads there without a subscription, but you can't see the phone numbers till you pay. See something?...pm me for a number. New ads come out every tuesday....online pages are usually up by 8am. Ya gotta be fast for the deals! The Asheville edition typically has 300 plus gun ads each week. Ads are free until you add a pic (online only) or exceed the max amount of lines.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.
The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.

Papers are sold at any conv. store, and online subscriptions are available. I fund all of my hobbies by buying and selling in there.
