Local WM here in Greensboro has been out of all pistol ammo for..... 3 weeks. Im starting too completely resent even going there. The last time I was there I picked up two 500 round .22 bricks for 15 a brick.

What are you looking for? The Gun Rack in Kernersville had a rather large supply of ammo a couple of weeks ago. (all the popular calibers anyway)

Ive been meaning to get down to K-vegas for a while now, and check out the gun rack. I was looking for a couple bricks of .40 to take up to the range with me before I had to requalify, but its all good. The boss man hooked me up with a case :D

hahaha trust me, you wouldnt want this job. Everyday, you sit and think to yourself "Why in the hell does the majority of the general public act like they were dropped over and over as a child." lol

The guy who was doing the qualifying is paid by our company to come in and do it. The ammo was paid for already, and we all qualified only using half of it... meaning by my math, the bossman doesnt completely trust us to qualify the first time......

Anywho, it was almost a full case, one box was missing lol

Try being here in Massachusetts, can not get .308 or .223 in any quantity nor can we have it shipped in. No one will ship magazines either. Every state that abuts us is low as well due to the people form here going there to try and stock up. Whats a person to do?

Shooter's Express in Belmont, NC has a good selection of just about everything including .50bmg. Of course 500 & 1000 rounds of .45, .308, .223, .357 & some others are selling for premium prices. I picked up three cases of 12 gauge shells a few weeks ago for $270. Every time I go up there I pick up 500 .22 CCI mini mags.

I was in Walmart in Houlton, Maine yesterday and they had good stockage of popular calibers, of course this place voted the socialist to power and probably think everything is just rosie.

Visited an Oregon Wal-Mart on 3-3-09, lots of 12 ga and 22LR plus non military calibers like 270 win. NO pistol or mil. calibers at all, shelves were bare and no restock times available!

I stopped by two Walmart stores on the way to work.

Found some 22LR 550 round packs at the first, so I bought the only two boxes they had. They had nothing else.

At the second there was no 22LR bulk packs, Almost no centerfire handgun rounds, they had one 100 round WWB of 45, so I bought it. I really would like to have 9mm. I am shooting in a competition in april and would like to practice, but don't want to dip too far into my reserves. I talked to the guy behind the counter and they are getting shipments in at night, but all the 9mm is gone the very next day. He seemed to believe they were getting some friday night, but I am not planning to get out this way on Saturday.

The more the shelves are empty the more people are going to stock up. I'm doing it myself so I understand. When I can't just go grab 500 rounds and go to the range, I buy every bit when I can get it.
