  • Marlin 25N

Just picked this up yesterday from a friend that needed to sell. I wasn't really looking for another .22... But for $95, I couldn't pass it up. It looks brand new... I'm not even sure it's even been shot yet.

The 12ga.... It's not just for rabbits anymore.

Those are good rifles. In my experience, they are consistently much more accurate than a gun at that price has any right to be.

          Very nice.
I think I'm going to get the 795 soon and use the $25 mail in rebate that marlin is giving out on their website.

Ooooooh.... Good call! I like the 795 a lot, but have never fired one or know anyone who has one. Let us know how it works out!!

My brother has a Marlin 795 that I shoot all the time. An overall decent gun for the price. However it is somewhat picky, and the action needs to be kept clean or the bolt won't cycle.

I was watching this video when I was researching the gun. It seems to fix it

I have always thought Marlins were very nice rifles for the money and always found them accurate. As far as issues with certain ammo...I know a lot of companies firearms who have had that.

                  Very Nice rifle!
