This site has a course that you take that will, at the completion of it, provide you with valuable knowledge on gunsafety and such, if you are not already prepared in that category. The coolest thing is thefact that at the completion of the course you receice concealed carry permits for 38 states. Oh and by the way at the completion of the course you get a handgun of your choice, make and caliber, FREE!!! Well I am sure the cost of the course covers it but it is always nice to here those words. I will try to get the cost for the course up in the next few days.

Please keep us posted on this.
I have my NC CCW already, but I'm still curious. Don't be taken in with the 38 state thing. They are just advertising State to State reciprocity, which exists whether you take their class or not. NC reciprocates with most states. The ones that don't happen to reciprocate, are states that I'm not too keen on visiting anyway.

The permit thing is just like stated, pretty common for most state permits.
The course is fine, but beware the marketing, they will try to make you members of the elite inner circle for life.
The handgun thing is part of the marketing, but they probably get a good volume discount on them, so it may be OK. But don't imagine they
lose money on it.My weapon can kill, it isn't limited to mere assault

The guy who owns Front Sight seems loopy as a loon to me. I subscribed to his 'newsletter' for several months and was thinking about taking classes there because I liked some of the things I had read that he said, but the emails I got were part sales pitch, part personal dirty business laundry rant. Some cool links and such also, but mixed in with a lot of coo coo for coco puffs funniness.
