I just received my Mini-14 trigger group back from Williams Trigger Specialities (http://www.williamstrigger.com) and I love it, it even features a trigger over travel screw! Cost was $55 plus shipping both ways call it $80.00
Williams has been specializing on semi-auto triggers for 26 years, he does HK, AK, FN, Ruger,M1A, M1, M1 carbine and other semi-auto rifles plus bolt actions. His website has all the pricing and specs. I will be sending him more work.
