Does anyone know if they still make vepr ak47s? And do you guys know the quality?

I have a Vepr AK as part of my toy chest and as far as I know it is the best shooting AK variant. I say as far as I know because it is the best I have shot... and yes I have shot a lot of AK variants (I have a MAK90 and a Romanian as well as the Vepr). I don't know if they still make them or not as I haven't kept up on this particular type of firearm in a long time. I've gone to the AR and the M1A platforms. But I can say without any hesitation whatsoever that if I were to bug out and grab an AK it would be the Vepr! It shoots well, doesn't jam a lot and the trigger doesn't slap the shit out of my finger every time I pull it! (Romanian SAR1) It feeds reliably, it shoots accurately, and it handles every kind of ammo I stuffed into it. I'm sure there are those who will disagree with me but this is my opinion and as such the only one that matters to me. If you are in the NH area drop me a line privately and maybe we can hook up and you can try the Vepr firsthand.
