This will go on my "wish but will never have list", right next to the Star Trek Phazer.
The strongest reason for the people to retain their right to keep and bear arms is as a last resort to protect themselves against tyranny in government." -- Thomas Jefferson

It's nice looking, but not my first choice for anything other than target shooting. It's too pretty and shiny, would attract too much attention, plus it is not that easy to conceal.
What you do have is a mess load of paperwork, your name on a few government lists and an empty pocketbook along with a 6 month wait from multiple background checks.
It looks like a Beretta (45 cal) with a butt stock added on to it (making it a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) so add a $200 tax stamp) with a bipod attachment and scope mount. The scope looks like a 3-12x50 which is way to powerful for that round, or anything with that short of a barrel.
The can on the end looks like a Knight's armarment MK23 supressor. Add another 15,2oz and another form for the $200 tax stamp.
The 45 is a good close range round, but at 800fps, it can be silenced quite nicely, but for any distance, you would be better off choosing something that maintains it's enough to drop your target at a distance.
This is a repost that got lost when the server was switched over:
I'm in agreement with MadScotsMan.... It's a Desert Eagle.
Sylord, we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. The mag well, mag release, grips, and slide safety look to much like a Desert Eagle .50 to me.
The bi-pod mount, and scope mount are also consistent with the somewhat unique slide operation of the Desert Eagle, though how the brass gets out from under the scope with out stove piping is a mystery to me.
This may be just a prop gun, built from pieces and parts, and may not even fire live rounds. I don't see anything on gun or supressor that indicates that it's a .45. I don't know af any Beretta that has a frame that looks like that, but I could be wrong..... I'll hold tight to believing that this thing started life as a Desert Eagle.
